The Domaine’s History

The Domaine de Perdrycourt is a family estate, created by Arlette and Roger COURTY in 1986, with only 0.5ha of vines. Located in Montigny la Resle, the cellar and the vat room are located outside the vineyard, fifteen kilometers from Chablis. The first harvest dates back to 1989.

In 2007, their son Rémi made his first winemaking at the estate, after studying in Beaune and graduating in viticulture and oenology.

This first experience was crowned by a ''Coup de Cœur'' in the Guide Hachette, thanks to the Petit Chablis 2007. After having been employed since 2001, he officially took over the management of the estate that same year. The estate now has 18 hectares of vines, mainly planted in the town of Beines, near Chablis.

Aging cellar,
Offices and reception

In the 90s, the winery and the reception of customers were carried out only at the place of residence of Arlette and Roger Courty. In 2014, in need of space, a new winery was built in the same street for storage, commercial service and the tasting cellar.
