For 18 to 24 months, this wine is aged in new oak barrels and demi-muids. All the bottles are numbered for a production of 1,000 75cl bottles, in magnums and jeroboams.
They are dressed by hand for a unique rendering, its color changes every year to display its original character. In this sixth edition, the deep blue Chablis Collection 2019 will be appreciated now and will keep for an average of 8 years.
To fully discover its aromas of great complexity while retaining the minerality, it is to be enjoyed as an aperitif with snails, with langoustines or with mature cheeses.
