VINEYARD
vineyard located in the commune of Chablis – Rive Droite, western exposure.
TERROIR
vines sunny in the afternoon, sheltered from the east winds. Soil made up of Kimmeridgian marls under a thin layer of blue clay.
VINIFICATION
mechanical harvest. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 1 to 2 weeks. Aging on lees for more depth. bottling in June-July.
