Petit Chablis

Lively and tangy, Petit Chablis offers citrusy (lemon and grapefruit), white flowers (hawthorn) and gunflint aromas.

An expressive and light wine. It is drunk young and can be kept for an average of 3 to 4 years.

VINEYARD

Vineyard located on the plateaus of Beines, a place called “Sur Savant” and “Sur montre Chien”.

TERROIR

Clay-limestone soil, stony hard and brown, presence of Portlandian marl.

VINIFICATION

Mechanical harvesting. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 1 to 2 weeks. Natural malolactic fermentation in December, for bottling in February/March.
