Aromas of Morello cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant. Ample and round mouth with a nice balance of tannins, fruity wine of character. Spicy flavors with a few years of cellaring.

VINIFICATION
Manual harvest. Destemming and vatting for 15 days. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aging in casks for 18 months.
