Golden yellow color, very famous for its aromas of honey and white flowers. Gourmet and generous wine with a mineral touch. The fruitiest of the 1er crus of Chablis!
It can be drunk relatively young and can be kept for an average of 7 to 10 years.
It will be served as an aperitif, with langoustines and other shellfish, scallops in tartare or grilled, pike perch in cream sauce as well as white meats. serving temperature: 10-12C°
Vines located in the town of Fontenay-près-Chablis – Right Bank, old vines, facing south.
Very sunny and clear on the Serein valley, soil composed of brown clays and Kimmeridgian, slightly stony.
Mechanical harvesting. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 1 to 2 weeks. Aging on lees for more depth. Bottling June-July.
