VINEYARD

Vineyard located in the commune of Chablis – Rive Gauche, South East exposure.

TERROIR

Sun from the morning but quite exposed to the wind, massive presence of Kimmeridgian marls under a thin layer of reddish-brown clay.

VINIFICATION

Mechanical and later harvests. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 1 to 2 weeks. Aging on lees for more depth. bottling before harvest.
