Golden yellow color, nose with aromas of white fruits and mineral, aroma of undergrowth, mousseron. The palate is round and full, subtly brioche, but retains its legendary minerality!
It is drunk after four years in the bottle and can be kept for an average of 8 to 10 years.

VINIFICATION
Manual harvest, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 1 to 2 weeks. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months. Stirring to lift the fine lees. Bottling without filtration. A deposit may appear without harming the quality of the wine.
